For fistula surgery this the only place you should go to. You will be completely cured and never have to go through the pain again.

Post-surgery there will be little pain due to the laser cuts which are normal as the surgery wound has to heal. But once it alleviates it won't return back.

Dr.Prameshwar is a master at his job and is a very polite, helpful, and kind person.

My mom had been suffering from fistula for over 1.5 years and had already gone through one surgery for it at Apollo. Initially, after the surgery, there was little relief but after 2 months the problem only aggravated and the surgery was just making it worse. Add to that, it was costly surgery.

After extensive research and reviews through quora, practo, and other platforms we came to know about SMILES.

On the first day, Dr. Parameshwara inspected the wound and asked us to get a specific scan done from Hopkins Memorial which is just across the road. This scanning center is a very famous one and usually has 5-7 days waiting for an appointment. But it is worth the wait. The scanning is accurate to trace the root of the wound where the surgery needs to carried later on. The scanning center is small center in terms of space and you may have to wait for 4-6 hrs there to get the results. Again it is worth the wait.

The cost for this entire process is much less than the other big brands. But the impact is huge.

They have all the modern equipments. this hospital specialises only in colo-rectal problems and hence they are really masters of this. it has been 15 days since in was operated and all seems to be fine now . I am. also able to him the gym now.first 2 days of the operations I had a pain but I was able to go to the office on 3rd day. I had insurance and all the procedures was done by hospital itself. I had a pleasant experience as I am a bit nervous about the surgery. Doctor examined through a video rectoscope and clearly explained what causes piles and what stage of piles I am into and suggested I go for laser surgery.

After talking to the doctor I felt so much relief and decided to go for laser surgery. Next day morning I got admitted and by evening I got discharged after surgery. The entire treatment process went smoothly and I am happy with the outcome.
