Manipal staff had not received any information about the appointment. They simply turned down the appointment initially stating that this is not ours, and this is through Practo. In fact there was another patient at the

In fact there was another patient at the same slot whose information was already in their daily register. However, they considered after some debate and gave me a token. I had to wait for 90 min before my turn. So, I wonder if appointment booking through Practo makes sense at all.
