We have consulted couple of doctors who had told that it is seasonal problem and gave some medicated creams/lotions. We have consulted Dr. Hariram at the end of winter in Feb 2015, and he quickly realized/diagnosed that it could be a skin decease and not a seasonal problem. We started using the prescribed medicine (my son liked the sweet tiny balls of medicine very much  ) and it started showing up the results. During each visit every 15 days, he was adjusting the medicine based on the skin condition and over a period of 3 months, my son got rid of that completely.
