Dr. P Harihara Murthy

Doctor is nice. Most of the doctors just prescribe antibiotics without even diagnosing properly. He diagnosed ********, didn't prescribe antibiotics and said that they were not required, which is great for me because my stomach gets on antibiotics. He reassured that its normal viral fever and that I will be fine after few days.

I revisited him for a follow-up check-up as I had to travel. He again reassured me that I will be fine, and also prescribed some lozenges which worked great. Also, there was no fees for the immediate follow-up.

Its been two days, the medicines are working till now. My throat is much better and fever is gone.

Positives -

1. Doctor doesn't take any consultation fees from Senior Citizens. How very noble in today's world. My full respects to Dr. Murthy for this.

2. Not much of waiting time.

3. Staff is friendly and helpful.

4. Doctor takes times to understand, listen patiently and explain the issue in simple terms. No rush for tests or medicines.

Negatives -

1. Car parking can get difficult as the lane is very narrow with not much space.

2. The clinic is a bit cramped up, if too many people then it can get quite stuffing. Maybe fans wherever missing would help.

Would surely recommend Dr.Murthy.

I underwent a septoplasty and turbinoplasty under the supervision of Dr Murthy. The experience was smooth and comfortable. Dr Murthy took care of all the necessities after the timely completion of the surgery. I did not have to worry about anything as he had advised me on all matters including post-surgery activities and insurance. Whenever I had any doubts I sent him an SMS to which he always replied. He cleared all my doubts and apprehensions about the procedure. In light his support and patience, I would definitely recommend Dr Murthy.

Doctor is one the best that I have ever met until now. He speaks about mechanics, physics while explaining the issue which keeps us very clear on the issue and gives very good information. He even said which surgery I should undergo and which treatment is not required. I recommend him for every issue related to ENT. I salute to his experience and the way we receive hospitality and response to our questions. And on top, I was diagnosed on time without any delay. Regarding the same issue I interacted with 3 other ENT specialists within Bangalore & Hyderabad. But interaction with them just starts with treatment instead of elaborating in the issue. But Dr. Murthy is way ahead of my expectations.

He just look at my condition for 30seconds, wrote me down tests. Is it really worth paying 700 as consulting fee for 30 seconds?

this doctor is wonderful. takes the time to hear you out, provides the right diagnosis and explains the problem in detail. was supposed to get operated by him but unfortunately Appolo has a package system which was not financially viable for me. Would highly recommend DR Harihara Murthy.

Dr Murthy is the epitome of professionalism. I went in today with a complaint of 90% hearing loss in my right ear, after having seen another ENT physician in the same area (Koramangala 5th block) for the same issue. The kind Dr Murthy heard me out and did a minor cleaning procedure to my ear, flushing out whatever was clogging my ear. I came out with my hearing restored and my morale sky high. Polite, polished, a true gentleman doctor!!

For the first time we visited Dr Murthy. He is very intelligent. He has given us the proper way out for our problem without any commercial intension to it. The only problem is with the staff. They are very impolite and unorganised. But all in all I would definitely recommend Dr Murthy.

Doctor has a good ear towards the problem . He explains the probable causes and treatment for the same . Doesn't hesitate to explain the problem in detail. Our experience with the doctor was very good . To sum it up doctor has a lot of patience and doesn't hurry up unlike other doctors.
