Dr. Nayana P Hegde

Thanks to Dr. Nayana, I had a very relaxed pregnancy, easy delivery and a quick postpartum recovery through her pre and post natal yoga and ayurveda consultation.

I have been associated with Dr Nayana for last 7 years. She is like a one stop shop for all our health issues. She came as a blessing in disguise during both my pregnancies. While the first one was smooth the second one had so many challenges. She was available for me round the clock and it was her ayurvedic treatment that saved me while I was not able to take allopathic medicine.

I had a very good experience, I started practising Yoga during my fifth month onwards. All the sessions conducted by Dr Nayana was very helpful and eventually it helped me to have a normal healthy baby boy in Oct 2016. She is very approachable and also conducts individual sessions which not only helps us during pregnancy but also during Labour. All I have to say is that I practised Yoga as per her guidance and today I am so happy for the peaceful experience I had during my Labour. I would also like to say that the last session which she took for me and my husband was very helpful during my Labour. It not only helped me during the process of Labour but also my husband was trained to be the perfect partner which helped me a lot to be compose during my Labour. I would like to rate Dr Nayana 5 out of 5.

I took prenatal yoga from Nayana since I was 5 months pregnant. She took the sessions in a step by step basis from the basic stretches to Labour sessions and post natal care. Each of her sessions were very refreshing. I had a natural delivery without opting for painless. It was all possible due to my fitness and strong will power which I gained through prenatal sessions. The sessions were well educating both about pregnancy and labour. Sincere thanks to Nayana for all the support and guidance. I think she is doing a great job in building healthier new generation.
