Fees mentioned is wrong in d site. They charge minimum 300 rs. And each visit is charged, even if you visit within 3 days and they won't let u consult before paying the fees even if you revisit after 2 days.

The reception staff isn't cooperative at all.

doctors are okay but receptionists or assistance are worser than 10th class pass childrens . They took 300/- once for the appointment fee, money got deducted from my account. then the receptionist asked me to make the payment again (because the receipt did not come out , even though the machine showed approved the transaction) but I refused to make the payment again. Afterwards a guy came and asked me to repay the fee but still I said the money has been deducted , but he started arguing with me, at last made the payment again and he asked to wait for 48 hours if I did not get the money back ,come to us and we'll give your money back. I called them after 5 days later (cause i had exams so could not able to go after 3 days ) they just refused to recognize me and aggressively said you should have come by next day(even though one guy asked me to wait for 48 hours). lack of common sense. Me and my all friends have been going to the same hospital since 3 years but now we'll change the hospital. I would like to give 100 extra to another hospital rather than going the Abhaya hospital.
