Dr. Narendra Rao

I read about highly positive reviews from Practo and had consulted Dr. Narendra Rao. First of all he was very gentle and humble to deal with. Explained about my condition in great detail and suggested me to go for a traditional treatment technique in place of costly scans or x-rays or blood tests or meds. He also provided lots of tips on how to cure using naturally available food instead of adding more antibiotics etc.. Even if it takes couple of extra days for the cure, its always better if your body fights it out right away while relying less on meds..

The review won't be complete without the mention of the clinical staff who provided a warm welcome and great hospitality throughout. My humble thanks to each one of them. Special mention about one of the staff named Mr. Rajashekhar who event had a pleasant conversation with me to make sure I don't feel bored or feel left out during a hot steam dip treatment. I am very glad that I visited a place where the medical care is given from the heart and soul. Thank you team!! I am sure I have found a great clinic in my vicinity that I can consult in future.

Visited with my mother for her and self checkup. Post my medical test I was diagnosed with high lipid profile, chloresterol, triglycerides and my mother had thyroid issues. Dr. Rao patiently heard our daily routine and activities and suggested best practice to change in our diet and nutrition with a magic formula. I am excited towards this new start plan and thankful to Dr. Rao for all suggestions and guidance. We both hope to recover soon and will visit again with good results. Thank You Dr. Rao.

*** ** *** **** ******* * **** ********* ** ******** Firstly he connected for the consultation right on time which is quite rare for video consultations.. I have usually waited for atleast 10 mins before the doctor appears. Dr Rao then asked me lot of questions to understand my diet and lifestyle and then took some time to go through my reports. Despite some network issues he was extremely patient in connecting with me multiple times and discuss the treatment. Highly recommend him for his patience knowledge.

Firstly, I came to know about this clinic after couple of years though I'm staying near to it, i found through Practo, seems they believe in mouth spread marketing. Vibrant clinic, Hormavu runs by couple Dr Narendra & wife Daisy.

Dr Narendra is super cool, disciplined & principled. I liked his diagnosing method, he asks you every detail and also explains in detail about your problems.

Big main thing is, he never suggest or prescribe you medication unless you opt or its very much necessary.

I had visited the doctor with my mother who was suffering with Sever Cough and Cold. She is a patient with Diabetes and high BP. He was very paitent and ensured he gave her a patient hearing regarding her existing conditions. He gave the reasons behind her illness and the necessary home made remedies she needs to take along with minimal medicines. Within a day we can see good progress in her illness.

We were happy to get a doctor as most of the doctors do not spend the necessary time in understanding the patient's history before prescribing medicine.

Visited the hospital on Sunday. My blood pressure dropped below normal and I passed out during the diagnosis. Doctor along with the hospital nurse Aruna lifted me up, put me up on the table and provided emergency care treatment (Intra venuous saline and injection) to revive my pressure and bring me back to normal. While this is not something unexpected or unusual of a doctor or a clinic, the speed at which these 2 took care of it was amazing.

One of the important observations is that they do a great job at ensuring the required care is passed on to the passengers in a timely manner without a hidden eye towards minting money. Unwarranted or high dose of medicine prescription is something this clinic will stay very far against. Hospital as very clean and well maintained as well.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr. Rao!

He asked me a lot of questions to understand my lifestyle and all the key factors involved. The holistic approach he took helped us understand the underlying cause of my condition. His excellent diagnosis and insight of the human body and mind has got me started on a journey towards recovery. Doctors like this are the reason for us to hang on to hope in this time and age where we’re mostly treated like a ‘record’ in the database.

l happened to stumble upon Dr. Narendra's profile on Practo wherein I was looking for a physician who could advise me on how to bring in changes in my lipid profile numbers by making changes to lifestyle rather than going in with medicines on first go. After visiting him first time gained confidence and wanted to strictly follow what dietary changes advised for 2 months. Being a core non vegetarian it was mentally bit hard to adjust but I took it as a challenge to adopt a vegan diet. So after 2 months of strictly adhering to only dietary changes I see that I have lost weight 4kgs and reached normal BMI, feel lighter and energetic. Also see a good improvement in lipid profile. What I feel since the experience of last 6 months you can bring changes to your health in positive way without taking medicine by challenging yourself with lifestyle changes which is food and exercise. Doctors like Narendra will be the right person who can direct you and guide you to take such challenges.

Dr. Nagendra Rao is an experienced doctor, he has a friendly attitude towards his patients and explains the diagnosis pretty well. Had consulted him for high BP and Increase in heart beat, and was diagnosed with high cholesterol, vitamin d deficiency and mild liver dysfunction. He advised to be on a strict diet for some time and he advised what to do and don’t and prescribed very minimal medicines which were urgent. Now have to follow the same for the month and see how it goes. He blessed me to have a better life now hope i will recover soon.

I first consulted Dr.Narendra rao when I had fever and it was diagnosed to be due to respiratory track infection but observed that my b.p was High (it was always on border), so adviced to come back after week when fever had subsidized. This time too my b.p was High and took some basic tests (lipid profile) and observed my triglycerides value was high. He adviced to consult dr.daisy and enroll into weight losss program as it would solve both the issues without need for medication and I did enroll, followed the program and achieved my goal (more details under feedback to dr.daisy).
