The confidence we gained from speaking with him helped us decide to proceed with the surgery. The post-surgery care was good, and during every follow-up visit, he kindly explained the recovery process and answered all our questions clearly.

Then next day morning when I meet Narendra sir he nicely explained me as what has happened what is the surgery and what they are going to do in detail. This brought me some confidence about the surgery..

Before going to the OT, he came to me and calmly told not to get scared and think of the beautiful

Moments which I spend during the December holiday and not to think any thing about the operation.

Also he mentioned couple of times not to worry about the pipe which they will be putting in my mount for the oxygen as they were giving me full body anaesthesia.

Really good experience in very bad time though..

Also the follow up visits he really explained the things nicely and give the advice clearly which am following and getting recovered..
