Dr. Muralidhar Rao belongs to the old school of thought yet brings so much clarity and brevity to the profession. He explained the issue clearly and suggested exercises without application of U.V. or heat treatments which many Orthopaedics suggest bcoz they are inhouse.
Just follow the exercises religiously and you will be cured.
Most patients do NOT wish to do the routine suggested and rely on medication.
I Have been to several Orthopaedics in 45 years but Dr. Rao stands out for his demeanour and treatment. I definitely recommend him to all who read this message.
