Iam recommending Dr because he explained me about the treatment in greater details. Analyzing the complications for the aged people like my Father @72years. He has suggested modified RECHOP dose where the dosage will be splitted down to 50% for every 15days instead of 100% dosage for every 21 days to avoid the toxicity/severe neutropenia @ the same time complete dosage(mg) will be given for its efficacy.
He responded well to 1st dose of standard RECHOP 50% dose @HCG. From the bedridden he could able to walk 1kms after the 1st dosage. His muscle mass improved after 1st dose of Chemo because of the diet I was providing to him. My bodybuilding and gym and nutrition knowledge helped me in the initial stage.
Also explained me about most anticancer drug (Anthacycline-Doxorubicin) for Cardio toxicity,Febrile Neutopenia . Unfortunately full 100% dosage was given at HCG in the 2nd cycle because of which my father developed high toxicity and he was into fever continuously for 6days at Home.
Dr at HCG saw my father after his 6days of fever only in-spite of updating his fever on a daily basis. This should be treated within 3 days by admitting the patient in the Hospital as Fever+Neutrpenic(Febrile Neutropenia=Sepsis(Life threatening) as per the literature . He got admitted only after 6 days. Gave broad spectrum antibiotic only after 8days of fever. By this time Infection has metastasized.
Lymphoma(NHL-DLBC) success rate is 65%, Patient will still live after 5Years as per International Prognosis Index of my Father . Potentially curable cancer as compared to other cancer. Still he died because of Ignorance and Negligence attitude of Medical Oncologist @ HCG. Tumor has not spread to any organs or bone marrow its only stage3.
Finally my Father died in Manipal ICU after 6days @ICU due to Septic shock since Drs @HCG didn't give any hope. At least if i had met Dr Murli my father Cancer could have been prolonged as he responded superbly in the 1st 50% RECHOP dosage. It appears to me that Dr Murali Subramanian is very experienced and also considers the potential problem that may happen with certain Drugs.
He even suggested not to have Methatrixate (Spinal injection) chemo drug for CNS treatment in 5th and 6th cycle. Dr Murali knows aged people like my father@72 doesn't tolerate this chemo drug because of its potential toxicity.
I believed he has considered my Father age 72years to explain all these hence i recommend this Dr whole heartedly. Good luck to you to serve the cancer patients who are in need of your great service.

I was operated upon about 12 years ago for malignancy and I was treated by Dr. Murali Subramanian, post surgery. I have been visiting him for the last 12 years at periodical intervals and extremely happy with everything.

Doctor is not very friendly. **** *** **** **** ** ************* *** ***** *** ***** ** *********** **** ***** He recommended a CT Scan for swelling in the throat without first recommending an MRI or Ultrasound. CT Scan could have been avoided in my case, at the end my results were fine.
