Even after prior booking, staff at Apollo hospital is charging emergency charge and other hidden charges. The same was enquired with the staff to which he told that there is no affiliation of practo with the hospital even after showing the message that I received from Practo and Apollo hospital both about the confirmation of appointment. This is misleading to people and should have clarity on the same.
