Dr. Mradula

It was cloudy day when I visited her. For the appointment booked at 5 pm, I reached the doctor’s premise at 5 02 pm. I was the first one for the evening slot of the doctor. I was not expecting her to be on the premise. She did not disappoint me. She was not there. When I a patient, took the liberty of coming two mins late, she being the DOCTOR took the liberty coming 20 mins late. However, I was not bothered much about her coming late. As I mentioned earlier, it was cloudy day and I was in peace with life. I was more accommodating than I usually am.

Now that she has arrived into her cabin, she did not wait a moment to call me in. Finally, a show of concern for my time.

Before I detail out my experience with her for the next twenty minutes, let me tell you my reason of visit. It was for wart removal.

Now, for the experience.

I entered her cabin.

I explained to her my reason of visit and showed her the place in my face where I think I had wart. The next moment she took her what looked like a torch and came near to me for closer examination of the wart in my face.

After a brief scrutiny of the wart, she said it was a viral growth. I gave back her the expression “Ma’am, I have no idea what do you mean by that” look. What came in reply was a mini education session. She took a paper and started drawing on it what looked like a wart on a skin surface. She used the diagram she drew to explain how deep it would be inside my skin and suggested that I should go for some sort of treatment which is essentially remove the wart by burning it off.

However, she was not suggesting to me to go for it straightway. Perhaps she thought the fact of burning off something in my face would take time to sink in and hence asked if I needed more time to mull over it and try next time. I liked that gesture. That's something she followed all through her consultation. Never did she tried to cram any treatment down my throat. There was a large dosage of freedom given to me all the time to choose the treatment I want.

Given that I was aware of the treatment even before I enter the hospital, I told her a yes right away and she took me to her surgery room which was pretty modern and neatly maintained.

The treatment begun. Although I was aware of the procedure, I was little nervous as it was about face - I did not want to leave a permanent scar on my face. I believe she knew it. She started explaining everything she was doing, right from injecting anaesthesia to applying antiseptic lotion after the wart removal. Each and every minute she would stop and ask if it hurt me or not and then go ahead with the treatment.

It was a completely painless procedure.

Go for her, she will put you at ease with her confidence in whatever she prescribes to you.

Note: Now, it has been three months since I have gone through the treatment. I have faced no complications so far.

I took my mother to see this doctor. My mother was feeling uncomfortable because of burning sensation on her shoulders. We thought that this was due to some skin issue and took Dr Mradula's appointment. Later when when we met her, the doctor examined my mother and said that there is nothing wrong with the skin. It has got something to do with the nerves. She recommended us to visit an orthopedist or neurologist to seek further medication. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. *** ****** ** ************* *** provided us enough insights as what actually the problem might be.

I visited Dr. Mradula's clinic in April 2017 for a wide earring hole in the left ear. She closed the hole very carefully and meticulously. The whole procedure was painless and I was very comfortable. Even after the anesthesia wore off I did not feel any pain. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend her to others who have skin or aesthetic problems.

I had visited the clinic for skin rash treatment. On the first visit, Dr. Mradula suggested that the rash might be due to sun burn and prescribed some ointments and medicines. However, after few days i had those rashes again but on different place. This time doctor suggested it might not be a sun burn allergy but a fungal infection and she prescribed a different set of medicines this time. again it did not work. Now i have the rashes again.****** **** **** **** ******* ***** ********* ******** **** ********** **** ************* ** ********* **** *** We visit a doc in the hope of a cure but if it's not cured then we are left with no option than providing honest reviews and educating others. I might be an isolated case but it's still my responsibility to mention this here.

This was the first visit to doctor, after finishing quick registration process doctor was ready to see me.

Dr. Mradula did the thorough analysis of skin rash and prescribed the medicine.

The treatment is ongoing, will update the effectiveness of medicine.

I went to Dr. Mrudula for my wife's treatment. She has been very friendly and patient enough to listen to our problem. She then did a detailed check-up and it didn't take her more than 15 minutes to figure out the issue and in about 45 minutes we were done with the treatment too. She even provided lot of valuable suggestions to maintain skin. Must say worth the time spent.

First up the doctor was very friendly and made me comfortable into asking any question and clarified all my concerns.

Very knowledgeable and did not try to enforce any unnecessary medicines or treatments my way. Simply prescribed the best way forward.

The waiting time was a bit more, but I guess it is fine as long as she was using that time with another patient like me.

Overall a positive experience.

I had less pimples on my face and liitle dark spots. Since 4-5 pimples grew on my face suddenly I had to visit. But after more than a week's application of the medication given by her has given me huge black spots on my face. Pimples are gone but very huge black spots on my face in many places.My face just ruined, dont know how many months it will take for the black spots to vanish, or atleast to some extent

Dr Mradula was thorough and listened to my daughter closely while inspecting her rash and explained the situation patiently and alerted us to what to expect in the coming days. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who wants to consult on dermatological problems.

I took appointment at 10.15 am but my turn came only at 11 am which i did not care and its Ok for me.

I explain the doctor about the problem of skin rashes and showed the prescription of medicines which was using given by another doctor.She did not even look in to the rashes but looked in to the prescriptions given by other doctor.

I was not convinced because she she did not look into the rashes ,how much severe it is etc.

Let me see if the prescribed medicines solves the issue
