I reached out to the clinic based on a referral by another doctor. I had sought help for anxiety issues. I was immediately evaluated, put on medication, and within the next couple of weeks I had received an official diagnosis and treatment plan. My current treatment involves medication as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

My overall experience has been positive with respect to my interactions with Dr Meena and the Psychologist team there at the clinic. My mental health has improved greatly, and I feel more empowered.
