Met with Dr. Maruthesh Gowda on the 28th of December for a second opinion on my father's hernia at Koshy's hospital . We were met within 10 minutes of our appointment and had a pleasant interaction with him. Dr. Gowda gave us a patient(pun intended!) hearing and took his time to explain the diagnosis, treatment protocol(laparoscopic surgical intervention was advised for the 2nd of Jan),post operative care and prognosis. He's obviously an expert at his craft and answered all our questions and clarified our doubts. We were a little apprehensive of having the surgery at Koshy's hospital since it looked a little worse for wear but Dr. Gowda allayed our fears as far as the quality of care was concerned. Looks can truly be deceiving because the experience at Koshy's hospital came as a pleasant surprise with superior care by the entire nursing staff assigned to us as well as the duty doctors. My father(Anthony Thomas) is on his way to recovery and we would like very much to thank Dr. Maruthesh Gowda and the team at Koshy's Hospital for for a job well done.

I had issues with Piles & Fissures, i had undergone for laser treatment surgery, im really very happy with Dr. Maruthesh Gowda Sir, since sir has explained all the details before surgery and no pain. After surgery within 8 hours i can able to walk slowly without support. After surgery also i can able to discuss through sir number. Sir Will answer to our queries. Doctor is very gentle and will ask us to do some scan so the problem is diagnosed properly. Post diagnosis he will explain what should be done. In my case it was fistula so he advised to undergo surgery. Surgery is done and I'm in recovering phase. And doctor is available on phone to answer any questions related to how to take care post surgery.
