She is very friendly and answered all all our queries, even the naive ones and took away a lot of our worries in dealing with a pre term baby. Dr. Shalini gave us a lot of tips in dealing with the new born, especially pre term with reflux issues which greatly helped us improve the feed retention and gain weight.
