The doctor is really good. But Axon administration is pathetic to say the least. There is no nurse or staff on the floor. Each patient will have to keep track of your appointment number. Hence are patients left clueless

The doctor is really good. But Axon administration is pathetic to say the least. There is no nurse or staff on the floor. Each patient will have to keep track of your appointment number. Hence are patients left clueless on when is their turn. Also people who have been waiting will be left waiting if you don't keep track. I complained 3 times to the reception that patients have no clue, who is next, but the response was very cold. They sent a nurse for namesake who also left after 5 minutes. This is not how you run a clinic.
