I'm 40 yrs male. One summer evening at work, I experienced severe pain in stomach. Same evening did US and Gall stones (max 12MM) were diagnosed. Met Dr. MGB @ Manipal. He saw my US report and asked me to do LFT and also gave me some pain killers. Later met him again @ Spectra (Koramangla) and he saw my LFT report where the SGPT and SGOT were very abnormal. So he asked me tod rink lot of juice and bring it to normal value and then only he would operate. Post two weeks the LFT improved but not to expected level and one morning I had severe pain and we contacted him and he asked us to get admitted for surgery. Evening my surgery was done (He and his colleague Dr. Babu). I recovered well and all is good. Yes, I agree he speaks less and yes he is high headed but generally at that age with thousands of surgery done, this seems to be natural. His hand is excellent and the chances of post surgery complexity is less than 1% and thats the best aspect one should look at. I have read few negative reviews that he is XYZ and all that : I cannot comment on that *** ** ** **** ** ******* ******** Yes, his charges are high but worthy things cost more. I personally Thank Dr. M G Bhat...!

I had been operated by Dr Bhat last year for Gall bladder surgery. I must say , he is very immaculate and highly experienced doc. You will not even feel the intensity of your health problem as he simplifies it to lowest level and gives perfect solution. I had 22 stones in GB he straight away decided to operate for it did not make me roam around. As I was under intense pain, his quick decision over my problem helped me get back to my previous life quite soon.

I had been to him for stomach ache problem *** ** ******* ********* ** ** ********* I happened to know about him through practo and other online feedback. while i met him first time at apollo. he pressed near my hip and asked me about pain. i replied i dont find any pain. then he asked me to take tablets and said me that apendix sometimes do heal and we should wait.. after 1 week my pain increased. this time i went to manipal to meet him as he renders his service there too. he asked me for ultrasound and even that there was no appendicitis. he said me it might be just start so ultrasound is not able to catch it and it would be better to operate. I agreed but on the same day in the night the pain increased and i called him. he was in middle of some party and he brushed me away and told me to meet him next day at apollo. on next day he said that i should go for operation and asked me to goto above floor and meet the insurance person, while i met him the insurance person was surprised to see that the doctor didnt write in the prescription letter that he is recommending me appendicitis operation and i too felt something wrong. at last minute due to god grace i thought of taking second thought and reached another doctor. i forgot his name and he said that i should go for ct scan with contrast. i did the same and in that it was clear i didnt have any appendicitis issue. While i narrated the entire story the new doctor expression made me very sure * *** ***** ** *** **** * ***** ********** My second thought worked. * ********** **** ** ************ ** ********** **** *** ****** ****** ********* ** **** **** ********* Later on i went to my home town and i was treated well and its been 2 year i am well now
