Our new born twin babies who were preterm were at Ovum NICU. He was there throughout day and night monitoring the babies which made us feel comfortable that our new borns were under good care. He would give us counseling daily providing updates about the babies progress even after his duty hours. He is always available on phone whenever we have queries. He is very friendly. We were very happy with the care that our babies received at NICU.
