Doctor is of soft nature and handles with care. Talks Patiently and allows you to express. However I suggest the doctor to have more deeper conversation about what the baby does and what it dont. Giving attention to their body weight and height etc. I felt there was no attempt made by doctor to get the weight and height reading when it was missed by the nurse staff. Also when there is some lapses from staff - nurses, pharmacy, the doctor should take the charge and get things done, because Doctor is the face for us or point of contact. Not the hospital. When the doctor cannot move these stuffs with sense of ownership, we feel uncomfortable and looks like we are expecting too much....But in reality we have to depend on Doctors for all of these...
