I took consultation (for my mother) at Ramakrishna Hopital (Unit III) during May 2017. I got an appointment with the ENT without even knowing about the doctor's background. Initial assessment was very slow. But for the second time I met him, he prescribed CT Scan for my mom. Upon results, doctor advised to undergo a Nasal Endoscopic surgery in May 2017.

But then I was not convinced. I took 3 months time to take opinions with other doctors as well. Everyone recommended surgery. And finally in July, mom underwent a surgery by him, in Jayanagar Ramakrishna Hospital.

With many reviews about nasal surgery, I was almost prepared to face all the consequences. The surgery took place for 3 hours. I literally decided I have lost my mom. But, only when I could she her waving hands after an hour of surgery I came to reality. Doctor had really taken utter care of my mom because she was diabetic too.

My mom is free from nasal block now. The reason I am posting the review after 3 months is just to understand the side affects of the surgery.

Thanks to the doctor. To me, unlike the doctors who just do things in favor of the hospitals, he really cared for the patient too.

Though I had an appointment with doc at 6.45 pm, I had to wait till 8.15 for d doctor to come. I had to call doc personal no for an update about his availability. D receptionist at ent n women care center had no knowledg

Though I had an appointment with doc at 6.45 pm, I had to wait till 8.15 for d doctor to come. I had to call doc personal no for an update about his availability. D receptionist at ent n women care center had no knowledge about anything at all. Each time I enquired about doc arrival, she kept saying coming coming. After d doc came, she allowed others in even though I was d first one who had taken appointment at 6.45pm. On asking as how she was sending others? She had no answer. She kept repeating d same words "total 5 patients, u r 4th". For anything I asked, her only answer was "total 5, u r 4th". She was hardly of any help. Though doc was 2 hours late, he wasn't proactive to give me a detailed explanation about d cause, but wen I questioned, he advised wat to do etc.

My humble request: plz change d receptionist with a educated n knowledgeable person if possible.

I went to the clinic in konappa agrahara electronic city but at the reception I was told that doctor is not picking the phone of receptionist, he asked me to call and share the doctor contact number. On call he told that

On call he told that he doea not have any appointment at my specified time at 6:30 pm and told that he will come to his clinic after 7:30. Becoz of him I had not shown it to any other doctor. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE.
