Terrible experience with Dr. Krithika during the surgery of my mother. She did not explain the procedure and risks before-hand. A simple surgery ran into complications. She never explained the reason and did not suggest

Terrible experience with Dr. Krithika during the surgery of my mother. She did not explain the procedure and risks before-hand. A simple surgery ran into complications. She never explained the reason and did not suggest the right next steps. In fact avoided further contact and conversations. A corrective surgery for the complication was handled with a very bad care at by her at HCG. Patient attendant noticed and pointed out early signs of Sepsis which were ignored by the doctor. By the time we changed hospital to get better care, we lost the patient. While complications can happen, transparent handling and clear communication is the least expectation from a doctor. There are lot of unanswered questions and doubts.
