I am almost at the end of my third month course. With massive benefits, the treatment has been highly satisfactory. The doctor is very caring. She interacts well and takes time to explain things. It is all a very good experience at Dr. Batra's Clinic.
Dr. Kiranmai Yellapu took complete time to look into the problems. She also explained each and everything about the issues. I was recommended for some tests and treatments. Due to some reason, I didn't go for it at that time. But the consultation was very helpful and convenient. I didn't even wait for the appointment as I have booked one before. It was entirely a very good experience and I am satisfied with the given advice.
It's been just one month now. Being started up with the treatment recently, I couldn't say much about it. But I am really happy for consulting Dr. Kiranmai. She has given me detailed information regarding the cause and treatment methods. I will surely recommend her when needed.
My initial session was held with Dr. Kiranmai Yellapu. She ********** explained the diagnosis, along with a suitable treatment. Later I was directed to another doctor, who is now taking care of my treatment. I am happy with the ongoing course for it is being very helpful. But the waiting time is a little desperate as I have waited for half an hour sometimes. Altogether, it is all well going so far and I am still about to continue the treatment.

I visited the clinique to get treated for an allergic reaction.
I was given an appointment for 2pm by the Clinique call center. Having reached the clinique, I was asked to wait for an hour and a half . Apparently the call center and the clinique were not working in sync and they were comfortable blaming each other for my inconvenience !
Lucky for me, I finally met the doctor after a full 90 mins of wait time.The session was good however I wasn't prescribed any medicine and was insisted that I take up their rather costly 6/12 months package ... only post which could I be prescribed some medicines!

The consultation was highly satisfactory. She explained to me about the detailed analysis and suggested a suitable treatment as well. Later, I moved out of town and couldn't continue the treatment. But this consultation has helped me in many ways. Their services were also very good.
Since I have not taken any treatment, I don't know more about that. As per the consultation, everything was well and fine. It took around 15 to 20 minutes to fill the forms and to finish up the formalities. Soon after that, I was able to consult the doctor. Dr. Kiranmai was very descriptive about the condition. She advised me of the right treatment. The staff was also very cooperative. Everything went well and I am extremely satisfied.
When I consulted her for skin problems, she guided me with rightful advice. It was really helpful to know about the causes in depth. But the recommended treatment was costing around 25 K, which was quite expensive to me. They also offered me the EMI option, with some applicable interest on it. But I was not comfortable with either of these options. So I dropped this idea. Still, the hospitality is really good and I am happy with the doctor too.
I am happy with Dr. Kiranmai Yellapu. She was informative. The initial treatment was also convincing. But she suggested taking some monthly packages for further treatment. It was of 7 K approximately. For such minor problems, I didn't want to go for long term treatment. So this didn't make a good impression on me. Apart from that, everything was fine.
When I consulted her with hair fall problems, she comforted me with a proper explanation of the cause. She also wrote some iron and vitamin supplements to overcome the deficiency. I am happy with her assistance but the medication did not help much. In a monthly course, I have not seen any control over the hair fall. So I am still waiting for the results.
