Few months back my mother had severe stomach issues and with Dr Kilari’s treatment she is much better now. So much so that despite living in Delhi my mother prefers to consult with Dr Kilari on video rather than seeing a doctor locally in Delhi.

Dr Kilari is very patient, listens to everything that the patient says and also explains the problem and medication.

However, I wish I could say the same about her staff. Today morning, after having 8-9 vomiting instances and 4-5 loose motions through out last night, i called up her clinic to schedule a video consultation. I was not in a position to visit the clinic due to weakness and dehydration caused by vomiting and loose motions. The staff told me that no slots are available today for video consultation. I said i can see one slot at 11.30am and he mentioned that morning slots are only for in person consultation. I requested him to check with Dr Kilari if she would be willing to take a video consultation at this time since i was in a very bad shape and needed to consult a doctor immediately. However the staff member was totally unaccommodative and not even willing to speak to the doctor. My understanding was always that clinics accommodate emergency cases but in this case i found the staff member extremely rigid and not willing to deviate from the standard process. I finally managed to find another doctor by talking to people in my social circle but it is unfortunate that Dr Kilari is so good but staff is very inflexible to accommodate emergency cases.

I visited this place after reading the reviews, and I can confidently say that the doctor is an expert in her field. I had tried numerous Ayurvedic treatments in the past, but none were satisfactory. However, after receiving treatment here, I saw significant improvement. Before visiting, I honestly thought I would have to struggle with this issue for much longer. Now, seeing the progress I’ve made, I’m confident that I will be fully cured. I’m continuing my medication for another month, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I had been suffering from frequent Abdominal pains, bloating and acidity for many years.I have seen many doctors over the years but never did I get such a detailed explanation of the disease and the treatment until I consulted Dr. Mounika.She is very attentive to the patients, listens to them carefully and explains everything.About a month ago my symptoms got worse with severe abdominal pain which didn't seem normal and that's when I went to see Dr. Mounika after reading the reviews on Google and Practo.After an endoscopy I got diagnosed with Stomach Ulcer and H. I had consulted Dr Mounika for my Mother who had some problems and was in severe discomfort. The first thing I checked was the Doctor Ratings and Dr Mounika had the best of them all and that's why I decided to consult her but later I realized why she actually has a rating, that high. I rarely write Testimonies or Reviews and many Doctors force you to write them but for Dr Mounika, it comes out of will. The first day, we had to wait for just about 5 minutes. At times the Doctors don't even spend enough time with the Patients and just write a quick prescription but Dr Mounika was different. She noted down a few basic information, and then asked detailed questions about the illness, medical history , food habits etc and patiently heard us. She then did a basic examination and explained a few basic things in detail. She asked us to wait for another day before she can suggest medicines because, of the (possible) severity of the problem, we had to do further tests and we were asked to come the next day at 6.30 AM and she was on time, did the Tests and explained us about the actual problem and the next set of action. I haven't seen a Doctor as friendlier and caring and I would surely recommend her because she is the best at what she does. PS: My mom had a problem at 6 AM and I wanted to talk to the Doctor and I called her (which I shouldn't have at that time) but she still answered the call and suggested the medicine. Don't know if anyone else would do that.
