Doctor do not turn up we waited for 30 mins, no response. I think doctors should be more responsive. At least we expect some communication. Can’t keep on waiting. Do not recommend to set up a video consultation with Dr K

Doctor not friendly. She did apologize for the inconveniences due to new receptionist, but doing that while looking at her phone.
