I had a bad tooth ache problem and that's when i decided to visit Dr. Kavitha from Gloss dental care. Dr. Kavitha was very professional and assessed my condition and provided what the problem was and a clear action plan to fix the problem.

There was a moment before the surgery last month when I wasn’t sure that root canal surgery was the right decision. However Dr.Kavitha offered me the right piece of advise and comforted me.

I really do not know whether it is actually correct to say that or not actually but while most of the other dentists just keep their original focus on money-making, you and your humbleness in treating me without burning a hole in my pocket makes your practice even more special.

I visited Dr. Kavitha's clinic with extreme pain due to a malfunctioning wisdom tooth. After initial treatment she explained me about my dental condition and way out of them. Over the past 2 months I have visited her clinic several time and gone through processes like wisdom tooth extraction, dental fillings, RCT and missing teeth replacement. The most surprising thing for me during the treatment was her expertise in painless treatment. I was very scared of all these dental treatments due to my own past experience and also what I heard of some other people. Actually I avoided dentists due to this and ended up with so many dental issues! But, with her treatment style I felt almost zero pain. On top of that, post procedural sensitiveness was very less. The other aspect of her treatment is perfection. She is perfectionist by all means. In terms of quality anyone can trust her blindly. One of my replacement tooth was not delivered in best shape by the manufacturer, and she did not hesitate for a single moment to ask them for replacement. This is something very rare in my experience. Kudos to her for being so honest to her profession. Apart from all these experience, she is very humble and polite. She values her patients and answers all their queries. Finally, thank you Dr. Kavitha for giving back my smile :).

I want to share with you few words regarding my dental problems i had.Recently i had a severe tooth ache and I suffered nearly two weeks with pain. I went to a dental clinic and the doctor prescribed antibiotics for five days but pain has not subside. I went for wisdom tooth extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth today afternoon. I already took xray months back and I know the situation of my impacted tooth. The moment she noticed that I have already taken xray and the case is little bit complex which she can't attend and needed a maxillofacial surgeon( as she is a cosmetologist), without telling the price she started tooth cleaning and booked an appointment with her maxillofacial consultant for same day evening and on leaving the clinic the bill given was 4050 rs. I was shocked and her staff explained the breakup like,

Consultation charge - 400rs

Tooth cleaning - 1800rs( for me 200 discount, actual price is 2000)

X-ray - 350 ( which I was taken from outside)

Gloss dental care, the clinic cleanliness is excellent which lacks in many other clinic but please tell the patients about the price before you start any procedures.

Dr. Kavitha is the most approachable doctor we have ever met, this was also a comment from my 11 year old son, who is also her patient now.

We visited Dr. Kavitha about 3 months back for my mom. She had tooth that had issues due to old age and had to be replaced partially with false tooth. Dr. Kavitha had the complete process explained including the timelines and cost. My mom was so comfortable that the entire process was painless and as detailed initially. She had gone to the extent of replacing the entire unit as Dr. was not convinced with the looks. My mom didn't want it to be redone, but Dr. insisted that she wait for few more days and have the perfect fitting and comfort. The most commendable character of Dr. Kavitha is her constant followup on her patients to know their status. I went there for ***** gum pain issue and she started doing scaling and that too without telling the price and later prescribed medicines for the gum issue which obviously didnt help for my gum pain.went there again after 4 days and she tried to do x-ray without any explanation. **** **** * *** ***** *** **** ***** *** ***** ** i stopped her asking why it's needed. her epic reply - "oh i can't do RCT directly so xray is needed". **** ******* *** ********** *** *** ********* ** *** *** ***** *** *** *** ******* **** **** *** ******** ******* ** ***** **** *** ******* ** ***** ****** now there is a gap between my front teeths and plaque gets accumulated in between ***** *** *** *** **** ******** *** ****** ******* ** ***** ** ******* *** ****** and she asked for the fee too just after 4 days because i refused to go for xray. obviously i argued and didnt pay the fee on 2nd visit since on first day i had asked her staff and they mentioned within 5 or 6 days there will be no fee charged again.

I have been consulting Dr. Kavitha Neelambaran for more than 10 years for dental treatments with great results. When I visited first time, she explained clearly what needs to be done for the aching teeth, procedures for root canals / tooth cap fixing and the number of sitting required with cost estimate. As suggested by Doctor, I have undergone the treatment of two teeth extraction, root canals and cap fixing in two sittings. I would like to mention here that I didn’t face any issues with the tooth cap for more than 8 years and really worked well for me like normal tooth. Recently, I visited the same clinic after 8 years to change the cap and other required dental treatment of fillings. Again, she did a fantastic job with all the procedures and I was really happy with the pain free treatment. Dr Kavitha has been our family dentist now for about 10 years. She has treated my mother, my in-laws when they visited here, my son, and me.

Tooth extraction is something that I dread of, and when I got a toothache, I called up Dr Kavitha. She fixed up an appointment for me the same day. She reminded me that she had told me during my previous visit that that tooth has to be extracted but as I was scared, I didn't return :-( . Now she suggested that the best solution was to extract it and she told me not to worry. She gave me the last appointment for the evening, saying, just finish it off and go home and sleep. I went, prepared to spend about an hour and prepared for agonising pain. She gave the injection and was chatting to me about children, work etc. She just told me ' let me see' and within 2 minutes the tooth extraction was done. I couldn't believe it!!!!!Didn't feel any pain and it got over so quickly. I was so happy!!!!!What I like about her is her friendliness, satisfaction after the treatment with her, and ability to just call her directly in case of any issues. Strongly recommend her.

Dr. Kavitha is really a very good doctor. Three months back I went to Dr. Kavitha with my Father-in-law and Mother-in-law as they were suffering from chronic toothache since the beginning of this year. After examining thoroughly, doctor suggested us for a root canal treatment because the pulp were completely infected. My Father-in-law had 4 RCT and mother-in-law had 6-RCT as per the suggestion of the doctor. After the RCT done for both of them with visiting the clinic for 4-5 times, my father-in-law was completely ok with his new set of tooth. But my mother-in-law was having some problem in biting as the rear grinding teeth were intersecting and creating some pain too. To get rid of this pain, she re-examined the entire process without any hesitation and finally she could able to reveal that there were some problem with the manufacturing of the teeth. During this post RCT process I visited the clinic more than 15 times to reach to this conclusion but always doctor treated us well with a very good gesture. Finally doctor herself with responsibility replaced two rear grinding teeth after talking to the company. Now mother-in-law is in very good condition and feeling very happy with her teeth. Thanks a lot to Dr. Kavitha for treating them so nicely.

I have been visiting Dr. Kavitha right from 2002 onwards. Infact my entire family gets tooth related issues treated by Dr.Kavitha alone.

Couple of points that i like about D. Kavitha is:

1. She always ensures that the patient is comfortable and understands the problem thoroughly. Also she explains the treatment in detail, takes consent from the patient before starting the treatment.

2. After the treatment is over, she calls up to check how the patient is doing

3. Dr. gels so well with my daughter (my daughter has been visiting Dr when she was 5 yrs old). My daughter is only comfortable with Dr. Kavitha. Knowing how well children desist going to dentists.

4. Her treatments has given us complete satisfaction and never ever has been a case where the treatment hasn't worked.

5. Dr. has a lot of patience when dealing with her patients.

6. Dr is very punctual. In case she foresees reaching clinic late, her clinic person always calls up and informs the same.

I always recommend Dr. Kavitha to my friends and aquaintances and will continue to do.
