The compassion with which doctor treats the patients is more effective than any medicine! And dr. Kavitha is very compassionate, loving caring and has loads and loads of patience. She listens to every bit of our words with patience and the way she treats patients is truly amazing. Am suffering from sorry I was suffering from eczema since 4 years and fallen into depression due to that. My personal life had taken toss. My sister jo and her friend bhavya suggested me to go to her and though very far to my place went. Then I realized after the way she treated me that even if she was in Northern India I would have gone. Because now eczema is gone and am very happy. She also started treatment for dark circles just started yesterday and am confident it will also be gone. I will continue to go to her for all my skin and hair problems from now on. I had gone for the treatment of small, hypopigmented scar on the forehead. She performed an abrasion and left me with a much bigger scar. She scooped out deep area, which took 2-3 only to heal and scab to fall off. Subsequently, the skin is depressed in that area, leaving a visible atrophic scar. I had got the same procedure done earlier from another doctor who just punctured the skin layer, letting another layer grow and the hypopigmentation completely go away.

I went back to her with my concern and she ended up acting defensive. Instead of listening and explaining her point, she kept saying that my procedure is correct and no one can question me. She said a scar cream has to be applied after 2 weeks, which she told me nothing about. Thankfully I had the prescription. When she found it missing there, she said I told you come back after 2 weeks, which she never had. She kept defending and said if it does not improve with scar cream, she will do free lasers. However, the very next minute, she said how will I know if you applied scar cream, you may come back just like that. So, I can't do anything!

Overall, a very bad experience. I'm now looking for a more professional doctor, who can help with the scar this doctor has left for me and lesson to never fall in the trap of any doctor whom you have not received feedback for. Beware, all this doctor is interested in is selling her products. The moment you reach, she will point out 10 problems with your skin, recommend 3-4 ointments/serums/sun screens - the brands that only she sells. All are expensive and commissioned products, that you don't get outside. And, never even explains the basics of use. She recommended vitamin C serum to me without even explaining that you have to use it in the night or under the sunscreen. When I questioned, she said that receptionist should have explained. Quite a cheat on the name of skin care! Stay away, unless you want to land up in a worse condition!
