Communication was very thorough. She explained what was the issue, how to fix it, and why that works. She was very polite and happy. The whole "braces" experience was done well and I had very few issues with the process.

Rescheduling etc. Was very easy and I only ever had to wait for about 10 minutes maximum.Appreciate her professionalism, commitment, integrity towards work and accommodating ways.Happy to have my braces done in access dental!
