Dr. Karthik Prabhakar

Experience with the doctor was really good and I would like to recommend the doctor to other patients. But the appointment management teams doesn't work according to what they say. Fallow up appointment as not been scheduled yet and they keep saying we will call you back from hospital and that never happens. Mainpal customer care says we are helpless in this.

For god sake I request the patient to contact doctor through other platforms but not through Manipal they are very bad in scheduling follow up appointments.

I have been consulting Dr Prabhakar for more than 7 years and am extremely satisfied with the treatment provided. Dr Karthik Prabhakar is a thorough gentleman and extremely friendly doctor. He listens very well and provides a clear explanation of the treatment plan. He is willing to spend as much time as you need and never in a hurry. It's very hard to find such a good doctor in these times.

As per my experience, the waiting time was around one hour. But I had taken the appointment by direct walk-in. I have undergone only short term treatment with Dr. Karthik Prabhakar. Before I was visiting Manipal to consult Dr. Mallikarjun Kalashetty. He is also a very good consultant of mine. I am happy with both doctors. They have given the best ********* *** advice all the time.

I have been there earlier as well. It was my second consultation with him. I am highly satisfied with the way he handled the session. *** ********* *** ******** ****** minimal test reports were preferred. The staff is also courteous and helpful. The appointment happened on the exact time as mentioned. I am gratified towards their services.

He took me the right direction, answers my all questions and referred me to the actual department and give me the opportunity to consult such a wonderful doctor, belongs from vascular surgery department, related to my problem. I m so happy now, after getting the right treatment. I visit again after the first meeting with him for consulting Diabetes, He prescribed me some tests and after getting my reports he see the reports very carefully and tell me that I should follow only low sugar and low fat diet food. ** ** *** *** ********** *** *********** ********* ** ** ****** *** I m so touched. His behavior is so friendly and also he is a good person. So I referred him for others and decided to meet him again for my Mom's diabetic issues.

I am sincerely satisfied with Dr. Karthik Prabhakar's treatment from past two years. I visit him regularly for my routine check up and most of the times, I take my blood test reports prior to the consultation to skip waiting time. As usual, I book appointment from Practo but still it takes one hour to move out of the queue. For review consultation, it is still horrible. It takes more than two hours. Only the wait time is the major issue. Otherwise it is a good place to recommend.
