Doctor didn't show up for the appointment at his Spectra Clinic location. This is despite of having an appointment and informing the attendant of my arrival time. I was told Doctor has left for lunch and will return in 1

Doctor didn't show up for the appointment at his Spectra Clinic location. This is despite of having an appointment and informing the attendant of my arrival time. I was told Doctor has left for lunch and will return in 15-20 mins. However, he hadn't return after 30 mins and I was informed that he will need more time. I am sure he is highly competent, but this experience was disappointing (drove for 45 mins to get to South Bangalore).
