We met her at Apollo Bannerghatta for my mothers review - terrible way of dealing with patients. She was reviewing my mother’s blood report and said one of the levels looks bad. When I asked to help me understand what that means - she snapped back saying that she does not have the time to explain these basics to me. If I could read and evaluate a blood report - I would never go to a doctor after taking a day off from work in the first place.

It was a slow day for her based on waiting time. If she was in a bad mood / it was not a good day for her - she should have cancelled all her appointments for the day versus snapping at patients. My mother wanted to explain one of the doses and she did not want to explain.

We are certainly not going back to her as respect, explaining to a patient what their results and medications are and keeping it professional are bare minimum I expect to see from a doctor.
