He checked and explained the procedure and right time to do it. He made sure we were aware of the outcome of surgery as in this case it is always 60-40 success rate. Even after the surgery he was the one who followed up on Riyansh's health and tried all possible methods to correct it without 2nd surgery. But we had to do the surgery again and this time he analysed and made sure it is 100% successful this time.He is very good with kids. Makes sure they are not scared about the whole thing and are comfortable.
