Dr. Janaki Narayanan has been our Pediatrician since my children (twins) were born! They are now 2.8years old. She has always extended the time and effort to make sure we understand our medical care and is NEVER in and out of the office like some doctors. She spends the quality time needed with her patients and is always there for our family night or day!! I would highly recommend her to any new parents or any parents looking for that perfect health care provider for the most important thing in our lives, our children.

The waiting room (Fortis, Bannerghatta) has toys for the little ones to play with and informative magazines for the adults. In my opinion, that is great because you don't get bored waiting and instead you don't notice the waiting time.

She explains everything thoroughly and is very good at answering any concerns that you may have. Dr. Janaki Narayanan is Awesome! I really like her and my kids do too. She is a very nice person and seems to love children which makes her a great pediatrician because she really cares about her patients. Never rushes; she takes the time to answer any questions you might have and does so in a way easy to understand. I personally, recommend her and Fortis because all of the staff are friendly, helpful and very professional.She is not the doctor you visit only when your children are sick (although you do that as well, obviously). Dr. Janaki offers a different service and a more fulsome experience, she is your partner in child-rearing. Being first time parents, we had lots of concerns and doubts at every stage, she gave us all fine details and also gave us checkpoints for child development like weight/height, stopping the whining, sleep schedule, naps, diaper rash, language development, etc..

Dr.Janaki gets to know you and your family and can tailor her advice to the goals and priorities of your family. In addition, she is always available on Whatsapp after-hours. I can also email Dr. G and her practice at any time.

I have so many positive things to say about Dr. Janaki but the real test came when we moved out of Bangalore for a year, when we came back and visited her again, she remembered each and every fine details. My kid's health and well being are beyond a priority to me (I'm sure most parents can relate) and we always feel heard and taken seriously with Dr. Janaki. She would always make sure the issue is first tried to be resolved using diet and minor medicines before going to Antibiotics .

We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Janaki Narayanan and basically consider her our family doctor. Even when we are out of Bangalore and have to visit another pediatrician, we always take her second opinion before giving any medicine My kids are happy and healthy and I know I have Dr. Janaki to thank for her great advice throughout the years. We truly feel we have a partner and advocate in her when it comes to our kids' health.
