I had an appointment at 1 which I booked through Practo morning they informed me there no appointment here they are having walk-in. Which is really disappointing . We booked slots accordingly to our time available . B

over crowded! no practice of booking time being maintained. there was no place in the eye hospital to even sit down, close to 50 people were waiting... with cases rising, this is unacceptable
