Hi I went to Dr.Harshitha for the consultation in Koramangala 4th block in vedi Wellness Centre for skin problem and weight loss

For weight loss doctor suggested me to take

1.Guggul. 1-0-1 -3 months

2.Triphala. 1-0-1 - 3 months

So I have taken this for 15 days so my weight was 95 kilo now I have reduced to 90 kilos so 5 kilo I have reduced in 15days

For skin problem doctor advice to take

1.Haridra khanda power. 1-0-1

2.Danthapala thaila or Nalpamradi thaila to apply for the body
