Dr.Rao is conservative in his approach to treatment, which is a good thing. I went to him with an injury and a reasonable swelling. I was prepared or an x-ray and a 3-week plaster. He didn't recommend either. Instead prescribed some basic medication and some common sense treatment.

I appreciate the course of treatment adopted by him. Two days later and I am nearly back to normal. The swelling is gone and the paid has receded almost completely.

He also asked me to follow up with him in 3 days' time. And was kind enough to specify that there would be no charges for the follow up visit.

Underwent physiotherapy at the same clinic. Been a week and feeling much better. Doesn't unnecessarily ask u to take tests, visit him etc. Reasonable charges. Only improvement I would suggest is his reception could be a little more helpful. People visit them when in pain and they should remember that.
