Too long wait time and no proper queue system. *** *** ****** *** *****This was our first visit to the doctor. My sister had been there for her son's vaccination and she suggested Dr Gowri to us. Only problem is the wait time on Saturday evening. Doesn't honour the appointment time at all. Had to wait for 1 hour 30 mins. Had already waited for more than an hour and somebody who came in 5 mins ago jumped the queue n ran in when it was our turn. tmThe receptionist didn't do anything about it. There is no point in taking an appointment on practo when the walk-in who came after you goes in before even when it's not an emergency. Please do something about this. Doctor did explain about the issue properly though and put our mind at ease. Was clear and doesn't unnecessarily prescribe medicines.

Dr Gowri is an angel!!!! No exaggerations... You can go to her with a bucket of questions and she would have the patience and time to hit the point. All your parental anxiety would be taken care of....

Most importantly, here you wouldn't expect prescriptions with long list of medicine and antibiotics. For her, your childs natural immunity is of utmost importance. She would challenge even your impulse to treat your child with dozens of medications....

Dr Gowri Somayaji listened to my baby's problem and explained in clear detail the condition, measures I could take to ease the baby's discomfort, prescribed medicines and their dosages and effects and problems I should watch out for; I would highly recommend her!

Very caring doctor. Spends time (without rushing) to understand the symptoms and examines thoroughly. Medications prescribed are always in mild doses. It was our first time with Dr Gowri. Her calm demeanor and no rush attitude, was what was much needed for me as an anxious mum. The clinic itself is very clean and has a big bulletin board with a lot of research materials for parents to know more about. I would definitely go back to her for any Ailments my child would have.
