Had great experience with doctor consultation and she is very friendly. But practo should know if the doctor is not available in the hospital and only video consultation is available. I visited the hospital thinking doctor will be available but had to do video consultation.

I have visited the hospital, receptionist did not respond properly till 10 min. Once I got the token there were 10 ahead before me. Only two patients were moved within 30 mins.

I request Practo to notice these issues.

I request Practo to notice these issues.

1. Firstly it is not time based appointment . Direct walk in. There is no point using Practo app to book appointment with doctor.

2. Secondly wait time is very extreme as we are in this busy world we cannot afford 2 hours wait time to see doctor.

3. There is no proper management in spring leaf

Why? When I took the token they asked me to go 1st floor but no one is guiding which patient should go first. Even there is no person is there to guide us.
