Dr was kind and patient. She took time to be thorough and gave a detailed and neat report. She was quick to respond and understand and did not keep us waiting.

Our appointment time was not kept by the clinic, and we were not invited to see the doctor until half an hour after our time, which was booked 15 days earlier and confirmed by the clinic. Dr was at first somewhat unfrien

Our appointment time was not kept by the clinic, and we were not invited to see the doctor until half an hour after our time, which was booked 15 days earlier and confirmed by the clinic. Dr was at first somewhat unfriendly, but became more approachable throughout the appointment. She was reluctant to answer questions we had about her observations in the ultrasound, and told us we should see the obstetrician. I can understand that each Dr has her own role, but I don't see why we should have to schedule and pay for a separate appointment with each Dr for the same diagnostic prescription. This could be better coordinated by the clinic.

for first timers it is quite difficult to understand the procedures and scary too, Doctor should have explained the patient before proceeding with the process. They might be doing several of these scans in a day.. But fo

They might be doing several of these scans in a day.. But for patients its always first time and sone scans can be really embarassing and would need a little preparation.
