no combination of words are enough to express how amazing Dr Gayathri Kamath is. As a first time mother , I was going through a lot of anxiety and lot of questions. She not only kept me calm but also guided me through the entire journey to make it one beautiful memory which I am sure to cherish forever. She encourages you and takes your opinion and belief into consideration through the start of the pregnancy to the ultimate delivery of the baby. My wife visited Dr. Gayathri D Kamath on the 3rd week of pregnancy at Fortis. This was a twins case and we found it difficult to zero on a doctor. Before meeting Dr. Gayathri D Kamath we had already consulted two other doctors and we were not happy. One day we had to go to Fortis for a blood test and we got a lead from a nurse from the same hospital. We thought to see her and today we are happy to make that blind decision.

What we found good about this doctor is her good and calm behaviour. I believe, for a Gynaecologists it is key to be a good listener. And this is indeed a quality in her. She also conducts seminars and Q&A session in Fortis. She encouraged us to be part of it. It was helpful and we were able to clear some of our questions. And Fortis in general is a very good Hospital, in the sense, there is a totally different waiting area for pregnancy case.

She is very systematic in her work and always puts a smiling face. She avoids unnecessary scans and hospital trips. She is very clear on her job i.e it is not the money but the mother and the foetus. We had asked if we ever need to call her can we do so and she straight away gave her mobile number. Now let me admit, I tag a doctor good if he/she is ok to accept phone calls in case we have some urgent questions. From there onwards we zeroed Dr. Gayathri D Kamath for all further consultations.

I have consulted Dr. Gayathri Kamath for my first delivery. From the day one I have been properly guided by the whole team. Dr. Gayathri Kamath used to explain each & every point in detail. I used to have all my questionaries ready in all the checkup and I will be provided with better solutions or explanations on my queries. From the beginning I wanted to go for NVD. Doctor was very transparent she encouraged me for NVD and do insisted about the last minute complications during my third trimester. I followed all the advice she provided. I got into labor without any induction, I should thank the whole team for their support during that period and I got my little bundle of joy via NVD

She is an amazing doctor * **** **** ****** For any patient the strength is the doctors attitude towards them and how they treat and greet their patients, that work is done extraordinarily by Dr Gayatri Kamat. She has very positive attitude and she share that positivness to her patient. I'm sad that my delivery is not going to happen by her just because I have travel to my native as it's my first baby. But for sure second one by her only. I wan her to have happy n prosperous life and carrier. Doctor like her is a treasure for the hospital. Want more like her to growth of forties.

Dr Gayathri Kamath is a well-known, ******* *** experienced doctor who expecting parents flock to and feel blessed to have access to her expertise during the most crucial 9 months of probably their lives. We were one such couple. But boy are they wrong! We met her around 7-8 times during 6 months of our pregnancy, waiting for a total of at least 10-12 hours to meet the doctor and getting a face-time with the doctor for a total of around 40-50 minutes. At Fortis, they have a system where the patient sees the assistant doctor first who prepares a summary with the main points and then Dr Kamath sees the patient for a maximum of 5-10 mins dependent almost completely on the summary prepared by the junior doctor. A very efficient system which ensures a doctor like Dr Kamath can see and help hundreds of patients every week. However, this very system also puts a lot of onus on the junior doctor to catch and capture all the key and important points that need the senior doctor’s attention. We haven’t seen Dr. Kamath read more than the two lines of highlighted summary in all of our ultrasound scans, leave alone studying any of the ultrasound pictures. While she has a very cheerful and uplifting demeanour, she leaves a lot to be desired in terms of giving time and attention to her patients. How-much-ever of a expert you are, you can never be better than someone who is willing to give you an hour or at least 30 mins of their time. Even when we started having complications in our pregnancy, our conversation with Dr Kamath last for not more than 5-10 mins. ** **** **** ** ********* **** ** ****** ******** *** *** **** ** *** **********

A long waiting time should be the least of your concerns while choosing Dr Kamath to handle the most important time of your lives. In hindsight, we should have chosen to go with a much less known doctor who gave us plenty of time and attention **** *** ******* ************* **** ** ******* ** Fortis with Dr Kamath.

My very first interaction with the doctor was extremely pleasant . I like her for giving a very honest opinion and no bias ness to two diff methods of treatment . She also recommended a doctor that will be convenient for me to visit versus her because of the distance , while I was keen on being treated by her she made me understand how in the long run it will be rather tiring to make frequent visits which In turn will add stress and that is a no no for the treatment in the first place . So yes , I would definitely will like to return to her if given a choice .

Dr. Gayathri D Kamath is a renowned and an experienced gynecologist. I have been consulting her since past 7 months. She is responsive and caring. I am perfectly satisfied with her. But the only struggle is of waiting line. many times I have waited for 5 to 6 hours to consult the doctor due to huge queue or of the doctor's OT schedule. It will be more helpful if the management cope with this and maintain a balanced slots. But during emergency circumstances, they have always considered and supported me for immediate consultation. Another flaw I have noticed is, the lack of sanitization. If they take care of it strictly and concentrate towards cleanliness of the environment, everything will be fine and perfect.

Doctor is very good and I have consulted for my pregnancy, after few days of check up I got fever and cold and visited again and could not get Dr Gayathri and been asked to meet her assistant doctor. Assistant doctor is just opposite to Dr Gayathri, she is very rude and for my queries she was getting angry rather than answering the questions and at last I haven't received any conclusion of my health issues.

They really need to work on their attitude with patients and need to get trained on soft skills, this way no one will prefer to visit again.

I visuted Dr.Gayatri kamath in my third month of pregnancy at Fortis. I zeroed in her after doing R&D in the internet. I would rate her as the best doctor i have ever seen. She has a ever smiling face and the way she treats you and replies to your doubts and clarifications is so appreciable.Mine was a high risk pregnancy as i had central placenta praevia.I was informed of it and its complications well in advance so that i was mentally prepared for my Big Day. I was assured of safe delivery and she did made it happen.She used advanced technology to make my delivery hassle free.She also explained us of how would she be carrying out my C section.I delivered a baby boy by her.One more admiring thing about her is she replies to all your mails promptly. I strongly recommend her to all moms to be.Getting her appointments is little difficult but have patience , Its worth it.

I consulted dr gayathri for my pregnancy with recommendations of my relatives. in 2017 during 1st pregnancy due to some personal reasons I discontinued in last trimester. but I regret for it. but again during second pregnancy during second trimester I consulted her. I am very very happy about it. I had placenta Pervia and also ovarian cyst in first trimester I was so scared. But when I consulted gayathri she made me calm and explained everything by 1 month all the things becomes alright like magic and I had postpartum depression too. she made sure to evaluate and took care of everything post delivery of these things like her own family member. with her warm smile and her sweet talks but genuine straight forward. with relying to all emails and with calm reply to all questions by both doctors (assistanant doctor divya). usually ppl say doctor are like God's. *** * *** ******** ** ****** **** *** ** *** ****** *** ***** I 200% recommend doctor. if you choose this doctor you are really in safe hands. and she is bestet excellent doctor I have found in my life in bangalore. thank you so much doctor for safetly delivering my bundle of joy. I wil not forget her in my lifetime. even though waiting time is more. the time is worth waiting for her consultation. she is super human being deyond the doctor.
