I was dealing with the excruciating pain and discomfort of pilonidal sinus for almost a month. No medication helped me in getting rid of it. When I visited him with severe stomach pain, I was expecting it to be an appendix. However, Dr. Prasad listened to me patiently, asked a few questions around the symptoms, and advised me with some medicine. He could have easily convinced me of the surgery, but he worked in my best interest.
