* Dr Banurekha and team have simple and easy method in place starting from confirmation of appointments to final followups. They provide an easy explanation of treatment procedures and a encourage open discussion about the options available. I have never come across any doctors who spends so much time with a patient during the initial consultation, which was very different compared to my earlier visit to a corporate set up.

* A minor irritant was the delay in starting the treatment procedure though I was ready to start it immediately. Because she spent about 15-20 minutes to explain each step thoroughly . After that I was asked detail questionnaire about my lifestyle. The procedure is completely transparent and straightforward. The treatment was done well, very professional with handing out of clear written instructions after the visit. Quick and efficient response to any doubts raised or problems faced during the course of treatment. I realized that good treatment require a lot of hard work. Post treatment follow up was prompt. A special mention of clean and pleasing ambience. I had an overwhelmingly good experience and I would most definitely recommend her treatment.

- Has good contracts with Homeopathic Medical shops in Bangalore. So if a medicine is not available in one shop she can guide you to another shop

- Some members in her family are also Homeopathic doctors. So that had some influence on her treatment

Cons:

- Since she was doing further studies was not available all times

- Might not be available on phone

- Only practices in one clinic and based on my location I had to travel a lot

Suggestions:

If you are going to travel outside of Bangalore better ask for medication in case of SOS

I got introduced to Dr Banurekha through my sister. I consulted her for multiple issues like migraine, warts and thyroids issues. All of my issues have come down under her treatment.
