Dr.was very nice and friendly. Explained all health issues.

But the fees is little high and XRAY amount is also bit high.

My family has been going to Dr. Pillai for a couple of years now. We had gone to multiple doctors to find a good ortho before meeting him for the first time. He is a kind person who patiently listens to the patients concerns and explains the problem and treatment very well. The consultation never feels rushed even if there are some patients waiting outside. Highly recommended!

Doctor was fantastic.He is a great human being as he not only addressed my issue but since I met with an accident and had wounds and could not find a general physician the doctor referred me to a hospital which gave me a tetanus shot for my wounds.This is my 3rd visit to the doctor and as usual he always exceeds expectations.

The front office lady executive was fantastic in rescheduling my appointment and getting me to meet the doctor quickly.

I had severe pain in Lower Back, and felt its L4 - L5 Slip disc problem had reoccurred which I was suffering in past. But the Doctor JayaKrishna has diagnosed well and told that it might be due to Muscle Spasm and Rx the Medicines accordingly for reducing the swelling in the Muscle of Lower Back. And told me to continue these medicines for 10 days and go for Physiotherapy, and if still the pain did not reduce then told to get MRI Scan in next visit. But as he diagnosed it was due to Muscle Spasm and during the course of medicines, the pain got reduced.

Good Things about Doctor:

1. Does his Diagnose well without asking for many tests or Reports.

2. Does not Rx - unwanted or placebo medicines. Just Rx - the medicines to cure the problem.

Areas of improvement for Doctor:

1. I felt if the doctor maintained the eye contact with Patient would be good and got that friendliness feeling but he was busy looking into his laptop.

But this point is very negligible when compared to above mentioned points. His Diagnosis is good!

I can recommend him.

The doctor was very patient *** ************** He listened to everything I had to say regarding my pain in the foot. He suspected the root cause, asked to do X-ray and it turned out he was right. The good part is he himself told to avoid surgery, medication etc and asked to stick to Physiotherapy while making me understand the problem in the foot. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way he goes about seeing a patient and would highly recommend.

On the first time asked for an X ray from his own lab. Its acceptable.

On the second visit again asked for some X rays from his lab.

I have taken a same X ray from another lab may be 2 months old, which he not accepted and asked for a same X ray from his lab.

The most important point to note is that he is insisting for CT scan or MRI scan from a specific lab and going on insisting for it on each visit. And prescribed the same mentioning that specific lab name in the prescription and insisting for it for further treatment.
