Dr. Divya Sharma

I visited Dr Divya on 25th for my hairfall issue combined with skin tags concern.I came away satisfied with her approach.Quite a few things i liked about my visit.

1)The receptionist was friendly and polite and was quick to provide answers.

2)the Dr explained my issue clearly and did a small examination then and there to confirm it. Its good to have a diagnosis and a cause instead of bunch of unrelated medications which do not help.

3)she was polite and gave as much time as needed to each patient.This does increase wait time but we cant have it both ways.

4)She seriously considered my other medications that i was having for different issue and gave medicines that she said doesnt interact with existing ones, which is extremely important.

5) the medicines were reasonably priced.

Negative was the high charges for blood tests being charged by the 3rd party diagnostics situated at the premises, which I felt were too high and could be done for lower costs outside.

I am satisfied with my first interaction.Hoping the medications work out for me.

It's the first time I Visited her.I was quite impressed by the customer service, the cleanliness of the clinic,very courteous staff.

Dr.Divya was very friendly,polite and heard me out completely of my problems and asked me what other treatments I had taken.

She examined and explained the issue and the treatment she would be doing on the skin. She was clear in her explanation on how I should be taking the medicine and was willing to clear all my doubts.

She asked me what my budget range was to prescribe the medicines accordingly.They have a inhouse pharmacy as well.

I would definately recommend Dr. Divya .

Doctor is **** *** **** experienced give full star to doctor. I am disappointed with the reception the way they are managing patient because I waited more than 1 hour for my appointment and just finish meeting the doctor in 2 min of time. I would like to give suggestions to Doctor instead of having appointment system better to have a token system. Because appointment usually start when we pay at counter and than they start sending the patients inside. So instead of having appointment for just name sack better to have a token system even doctor will be not require this staff to manage patients.

I have pigmentations from quite some time, I have been to so many dermatologist but none of the medicine satisfied me. Dr. Divya helped to understand the root cause of my pigmentations and suggested me to take some procedure (again, she will never force her patients to undergo any procedure). I have taken the very first laser toning treatment from Dr.Divya. I’m hoping for the best results.

I would strongly recommend Dr.Divya’s consultation.

PS: Staffs are really good. Suma is very sweet and makes us very comfortable.

I'll never recommend this clinic or doctor to anybody. Had a very bad experience. Went to consult for skin allergy. Appointment process was smooth and i was able to see the doctor on time. She gave half an hour lecture on the situation an prescribed medicine **** ****** **** *** ***** ***** ***** And gave 3k on the forst day at he clinice for nedicine and consultation.**** *** **** *** ** ******* *** **** ***** *** ****** **** ******* ** ********* *** ******** **** when i tried explaining she suggested many has same issue and prescibed medicine for that. **** ********* *** ***** *** ********* *** *** ********** *** within 2 days i tried reaching her again with blood test report and even after she prescribed some medicine. **** **** *** *** ********** *** when i tried to reach her again . She was not ready to give appointment and ask to pay for the next consultation even though 6 days followup mentioned in the prescription sheet.

I needed consultation and treatment for my daughter's acne problem and booked an appointment over phone on 16th April, 2016. When we reached, it was crowded and my turn came after more than an hour of the time of appointment. Anyhow, I didn't care for that much because I was more concerned about end result. We met the doctor and it was such an awfully negative experience. We talked about the acne problem and the marks removal. She asked for a separate consultation for marks removal some other time and didn't even discuss about it. She was egotistically mentioning about how good a doctor she was and how people approached her when they had no other option. This was the least we expected. She prescribed medicines and we bought it from there only. I discovered later on that one of my purchase was sun-screen lotion which alone costed me 1400/- apart from other medicines she prescribed. I talked to the doctor I am visiting now and came to the conclusion that the treatment was expensive. I will summarize my experience as VERY BAD. Overall, she is unprofessional, arrogant and highly money-minded.

I had consulted doctor Divya for my Mother as she has some fungal infection in her thumb. She suggested some antibiotics that were really expensive ******* **** ***** ******** *********** **** *** *** ********* I called on doctor assistance number after 4 days and I was told that doctor will get back to me but no one called when i enquired again I was suggested to pay consultation again as it exceeded 5 days. Post this I suddenly got message from doctor assistance to visit a surgeon. Not recommend.

I visited this clinic for acne problems. The best thing that is followe here is, they have a form for first time visitors which will have questions about what all skin/hair products you are currently using. And by doctor is able to find the root cause of our problems *** *** ***** ****** ** **** ** *** She finds out the rooy cause and gives the ***** treatment. Bcz of which i saw noticeable improvement in a very short span of time in her treatment. I highly recommended this doctor. and as everybody says, she is really sweet with patients.

I was due for a follow up with her and have been trying to get an appointment but some issue or the other

in spite of having feve I went coz it was Saturday and was told my appointment is an hour late still called and checked with your front desk so that neither of our time is lost but I am here since 7 and even after waiting for an hour front desk is taking me inside and sell some solutions and sending other patients in.*** *** ** *** **** ****** ** *** **** *** this kind of experience is certainly not expected for someone who lives very far and takes out time to visit.

Dr Divya is a experienced and friendly doctor. Her treatment has improved my skin issues within 2 days which I could not get relief from last many years. I had consulted multiple doctors for the same issue but never got relief which I got in just 2 days and I am hoping this improvement will continue . She suggested some simple methods of treatment like avoiding soap ,water which were never suggested by any doctor and of course the medicines and ointments are helping . Her explanation of the problem was simple and clear. I am extremely thankful to her and happy that I have finally reached the right place.
