I visited Dr Divya on 25th for my hairfall issue combined with skin tags concern.I came away satisfied with her approach.Quite a few things i liked about my visit.

1)The receptionist was friendly and polite and was quick to provide answers.

2)the Dr explained my issue clearly and did a small examination then and there to confirm it. Its good to have a diagnosis and a cause instead of bunch of unrelated medications which do not help.

3)she was polite and gave as much time as needed to each patient.This does increase wait time but we cant have it both ways.

4)She seriously considered my other medications that i was having for different issue and gave medicines that she said doesnt interact with existing ones, which is extremely important.

5) the medicines were reasonably priced.

Negative was the high charges for blood tests being charged by the 3rd party diagnostics situated at the premises, which I felt were too high and could be done for lower costs outside.

I am satisfied with my first interaction.Hoping the medications work out for me.

Dr.Divya was very friendly,polite and heard me out completely of my problems and asked me what other treatments I had taken.

She examined and explained the issue and the treatment she would be doing on the skin. She was clear in her explanation on how I should be taking the medicine and was willing to clear all my doubts.

She asked me what my budget range was to prescribe the medicines accordingly.They have a inhouse pharmacy as well.

I would definately recommend Dr. Divya .
