Dr. Javali has worked as Consultant Urologist & Transplant Surgeon in Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai for 2 years before shifting back to Bangalore. He was very instrumental and initiated Kidney Transplant Program in Bangalore Kidney Founcation, Lakeside Hospital, Manipal Hospital, Bangalore Hospital and BGS Global. Presently he is associated with Apollo Hospitals Bangalore – Karnataka Region as Sr. Consultant Urology & Transplant Surgeon.
He has perfomed over 2000 successful renal transplants including cadaver renal transplant at various hospital.
