We had an excellent experience with Sun Ortho, and with specific mention about Dr. Dharmapal, who made us feel absolutely at ease and confident that we are in completely safe hands. The surgery went through without any hassles, and all post operative consultation with the doctor and his group went through very comfortably. We must confirm from our experience that it is rarity to find doctors like Dharmapal, who never maintain their distance as a doctor, and give you all space to ask the silliest of the queries also.

We have been going to him for months for my mom's shoulder and knee pain. He gives absolutely no explanation as to what could be the problem and why he is prescribing what he's prescribing and on being asked he gets offended and treats the patient rudely. Today, he suggested steroid infiltration for the shoulder pain and aside from the consultation fee we were charged 1000rs only for one injection. And we were made to buy the materials and gloves and all outside separately. Then they made us wait for more than one hour and refused to even acknowledge our presence there. The nurse then called us in then they asked her to undress for the shoulder injection and the doctor didn't show up for now than half hour. It is very disrespectful to make a female patient undress and wait for so long. And on being asked, he asked us to leave the hospital without treatment because he was offended. He is money rude and will treat you with disrespect. The system is so ill maintained.
