Mrs. Mona Ali, I am surprised at your attitude! Despite me explaining in detail everything, you have not understood anything. Everything was explained on the first day. A treatment plan has a protocol that needs to be followed. When you could not point out where the pain was coming from on the first day, examining the mouth gave me an idea what to do. Gums were infected, more than ten teeth were decayed and most of all the wisdom tooth was trying to come out but it had no space to erupt thereby causing severe pain. Part pain was also from the gums. The decayed teeth though deep seemed not to give you any pain. You want the pain to go without addressing the actual cause of the problem! Cleaning helped a bit but the main cause is the wisdom tooth which you don't want to remove. Then why make so much fuss that I am talking and making money?! I have clearly explained that the concerned tooth has to be removed. I had told that I am going to call my oral surgeon to remove the wisdom tooth. Who is the ortho surgeon? Despite my explanations which you have called as lectures, you have not understood the crux of the problem.
