Finally after a lot of research we got a very good paediatrician!!

We visited doctor for my little one's vaccination. We were horrified by our last experience in some other hospital & we were very nervous this time. She examined him very patiently & thoroughly. Baby had lil pain while getting vaccinated for about 5 minutes but got comfortable afterwards. Doctor prescribed some medications and my baby is perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend Dr. Deepti to all parents especially for vaccination

Calm and composed. She knew what she was doing. Friendly talk. Had the patience to understand the problems and asked for all the relevant details before giving out her suggestions. Didn't go for medicines unnecessarily. I'd highly recommend Dr.Deepti to anybody who wishes to put their kids in safe hands.

We are consulting Dr. Deepti since our child's birth. It has been 4 years of our association with the doctor. She is gem of a doctor. She understands the problem very well. Explains throughly and very patient in hearing the issues. She has treated my son in many different types of issues. Thanks her for all the treatment and support.

I have been taking my baby to Doc Nair right from her first month. She is very polite, friendly yet guides us as to what is best for the baby and how in every phase we should handle the situations. Sometimes we have even written a mail to her and she has promptly replied with solutions and advice.

I was made to wait for 1 hour 10 mins and with 1 more hour to go I got out without meeting her. She is a great doctor but her staff is very arrogant. They don’t understand how hard it is to wait 2.5 hours and when dr has had emergencies they need to call patients and tell them she is late. Instead they choose to just sit and expect patients to wait.

The experience with doctor was good. She explained the issue well and suggested appropriate medicine.

But I had issue with your staff and oppointment system.

I called on your customer care and I was told that I can walk in. But when I reached hospital I was told walks in are not accepted. We have to explain our situation and almost fight with the staff after which they checked with doctor.

I see there is serious disconnect between your costumer care and the hospital.

Doctor is great and friendly but hospital staffs and management not good because This time we faced bad experience with cloud nine hospital, bellandur they have charged 100 RS extra from our bill amount. First time they gave some vaccination medicine, cost is 3700 after that they changed prescription and gave new medicine, cost is 2600 but they refund only 1000 RS then what about balance 100 RS. Overall hospital management not satisfied.

She is a wonderful doctor. I have never considered any other doctor for my baby since birth, he is now one year old. She has always been available for all our problems through mails and got appropriate solutions for the problems we have been thinking as major ones (first time parents). I love her approach and would recommend her to everyone.

Good experience with the Doctor. I am very disappointed about the waiting time. I had an appointment at 2.15pm, 2.30, 2.45 pm resp for my three kids all below 7 years .We were called in only at 3.05pm.

I wonder what is point of a prior booking.

Listens carefully. Check whether each and every development of baby is happening in right time. Most of the Vaccination for my baby took by Dr.Deepti. She wont prescribe unnecessary medicines.Now my baby is about one and half year old. Happy with the treatment.
