Writing a Review for the First Time:

Consultation:

I have visited Dr.Chitrika at Grow & Glow Health Care regarding Infectious Cyst (A kind of swollen pimple that gives you pain) which was formed on my right cheek.

Problem:

Luckily I didn't ignore it for a normal pimple which we get sometimes and only after consulting get to know it is infectious.

Solution:**** **** ** ****** *** ***** ** *** ** ***** ***** ****** ******** *** ******* *********** ***** * **** **** **** ** ********** ** **** *********.

Pros:

Dr.Chitrika has a very calm nature in talking to a patient that helps to build good interaction with the patient to understand his/her's health issue better.

She is very patient in explaining the doubts to the patient regarding the severity of the problem and mode of treatments to be taken based on necessity.

Even though the appointment slot is 15 mins, it makes us feel that we have spent more than that due to quantity of information received and quality of treatment taken.

Cons:

Medicines prescribed are costly.

Justification:

If the quality of the costly medicine prescribed is curing the illness, I think one should go for it rather than switching to and fro consulting different doctors unless in the case of people who feel that they can't afford such costly medicines.

So, I have written this review/feedback honestly based on my experience with the doctor and I highly recommend to give a try to go for Dr Chitrika regarding Acne/Skin related treatment.

At the end, it is always up to a patient's choice to chose the best doctor who treats you well and good.

As they say, Prevention is better than Cure. But when we miss that, we should take the Best Treatment.

Doctor is very friendly and listen to all the details very nicely. She will make you understand why you are having those issues and how can you get over it. Highly impressed with the doctor.

The behavior of the receptionist( Manjunath) sitting there and ladies along with him was very bad. I went with my parents who are very old for consultation with doctors as they were in pain but the people sitting in the reception were so bad that they kept us waiting for very long inspite of patients not being there.They gave us a certain number and we kept waiting for our turn but they made random people visit the doctor before us who didn't even have prior booking.

Again after few days I went with my wife and they did the same thing again.

My full family is consulting Dr chitrika as she is a great doctor but such kind of rude behavior for reception guys is unacceptable.I think for such guys people start blaming the hospital as well as the doctors without their fault.

Extremely unprofessional and discourteous staff. Had a booking for 5:30. The doctor was not only was late but decided to see other patients, because the appointments are over rated and so is time. After pointing that out at the reception, the people found it funny.

The doctor was very professional, friendly, listens to our opinion *** ** ****** *** ********* *** ********** Made me feel comfortable before treatment. Not only the doctor, I was very happy about the professional and courteous treatment by the nurses and the hospital staff. Great feeling

Dr. Chitrika is a thorough professional with infinite patience. She has a impeccable way of communicating the root cause of the concern with appropriate treatment. I have been consulting her for skin resurfacing through CO2 laser and been able to see humongous difference in 2 sessions. Definitely would suggest her for cosmetic and dermatalogical consultations.

I am happy that I met a doctor who is friendly. She was on time for my every visit . When I ask her any doubt she was ready to clear it , her treatment really worked , I had more acne on my jawline it was cleared fast and the marks were also reduced ,I am very happy. I once again thank doctor chitrika for her good care .
