She is very professional and friendly.She does not give any unnecessary medicines, but the 15-20 mins she gives you during consultation acts as the first dose of medicine. She patiently listens to all the queries and promptly responds to them. She explains the problem in simple terms and ensures you are stress free.

I am a diabetic, was referred by Dr. Anish Mehta sir for diabetes. I am taking treatment for diabetes, follow her advice and now when I was diagnosied with prostrate gland enlargement, she suggested an urologist Dr. Tarun sir who successfully performed the surgery and I am fine. During this covid19 lockdown time, we were very much worried about the issue, and requested her suggestions.My daughter has hypothyrodism, and hypertension, due to which she is getting overweight. I met Dr.Chitra a year back who was referred by another Doctor who is treating me for related aliment. Since Dec 2018, when I was diagnosed with Diabetic/ pre diabetic symptoms, she explained me in detail, how to address the issue with Medication and direction for Exercise and diet. It has been a year now, I have lost appx 8 Kgs (By her motivational push to exercise and proper diet intake), and my Sugar/ BP levels are under control. We went to meet Dr. Chitra S in Ramaiah Hospital for my 5 Years old daughter who was gaining extra weight which was beyond explanation and we were suspecting hypothyroidism. The wait time was less in the hospital. The doctor is very friendly. Firstly, she made my 5 year old very comfortable through meaningful conversation and understanding my child's growth through behavior and her responsiveness. Her diagnosis approach was brilliant, through talking to the child, understanding through symptoms and behavior. My doctor has been a great help to me over the years with my diabetic control. Though I may not have always been the easiest of patients, I trust my doctor's opinion and always take their suggestions on-board when deciding what I feel is right for me. My doctor always has time to talk about my issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them. I am very privileged for the support that my doctor has given me.
